You people; you know who you are, must not be well traveled. You don't know how to pronounce a name as simple as mine.
I changed the font that I normally use in order to make a visual point.
Lately I have been receiving typed emails and audio emails from folks who think my name is "Lain" because they are too ignorant to realize that the lower case "L" (l) and the upper case "I" look the same in my chosen font, Verdana. Proper names should be capitalized, you ninnies! My name is "Iain!" (ee-un)
Also...
My last name is Dangerfeld, NOT Dangerfield! Danger: the G has a "guh" sound and not a "gee" sound. (dain-gur) Feld: The e is pronounced "eh" and not "ē". It's Bavarian!
